Event Series Event Series: Hot Yang & Yin

Yang yoga is a more traditional Hatha-based practice that emphasizes building muscular strength, stamina, and flexibility. In contrast, Yin yoga is a slower-paced, passive practice where postures are held for longer periods, targeting the deep connective tissues and joints. In a Yang & Yin practice, these two modalities are blended, combining the energizing and heating elements of Yang with the cooling and restorative poses of Yin, resulting in a nourishing and balanced experience for the entire body. In this class, the first half will focus on Yang postures, followed by Yin poses in the second half.
