Glow DrumFit
Get ready to be inspired in this one of a kind Glow in the Dark DRUMFIT class! This uplifting class mixes cardio, strength, core exercises, buckets & drumsticks and your favourite tunes together resulting in easy to follow (and highly addictive) Drumming Fitness routines. You’ll feel your muscles working head to toe without noticing the time fly by.

Nordic Walking
Start your mornings energized with Nordic Walking. Using poles provided, you'll learn and practice the correct technique during a one-hour session. Along the way, you'll engage in a series of varied workout and stretch stations designed to keep the routine fresh and invigorating. To join, ensure you can comfortably walk 4-5 km in the hour. It’s a great way to kick off your day, boost your fitness, and feel motivated!
