• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class time.
• Check in at the front desk when you arrive. If you are not checked in, you may be subject to a “No-show” fee.
• Turn off cell phones upon arriving.
• Keep all bags and personal items in the changeroom.
• Late cancellations (less than 2 hours) and no-shows are subject to a $10(+HST) cancellation fee.
All participants need to create a profile in the system. In addition to contact information, a credit card must be kept on file. Once established, participants can book classes through the RSC App in the Apple & Google Play Stores or on-line.
Yes, all are available, please bring your own padlock if you wish to lock your belongings.
Students must be at least 16 years of age.
If you are new to pilates, we recommend starting with our Pilates class, but all of our teachers can provide adjustments to make any class on our schedule accessible to you.
Yoga mat, towel, water bottle, comfortable clothes and a smile.
We have two studios, one of which is hot. All Pilates classes in the Sun studio are indicated as “hot” on the schedule.
