High Performance & Competitive Program

RSC is Ottawa’s premier Junior Tennis Development Centre, with many high-performance athletes competing at the Provincial and National levels each year. We are athlete-centered, ensuring every training session is tailored for the individual to maximize their development.

The gold standard of programs, your athlete’s participation in the high-performance and competitive program requires a 39-week commitment from September until June. It is our most comprehensive program where attention to detail, focus, and discipline are of the utmost importance to help our athletes reach their goals. We limit the number of athletes on court to ensure a high-quality training environment where they can get the attention needed.

In addition to year-round training, we also offer intensive high performance and competitive training camps throughout the summer, designed to further enhance skills and prepare athletes for competitive play.
