Looking for people to play with and try Padel? We will also be offering FREE “Try-It” Sessions on June 4, June 11, June 18th at: 

  1. 10:00am – 11:00am – Beginner Session: For people who are not familiar/comfortable with racquet sports
  2. 11:00am to 12:00pm – Intermediate/Advanced Session: For people who are familiar/comfortable with any racquet sport.

FITNESS CLASS OF THE WEEK: TAI CHI 
Tai Chi means the universal energy and is an ancient form of martial arts. It consists of a sequence of continuous slow movements which, if done on a regular basis, will improve posture, breathing, balance, strength/flexibility and concentration.
