Tara McDougall
Fitness Philosophy: Tara believes that fitness is the fabric of one’s life – in and of itself or to aid in the pursuit of life goals. She has spent the better part of 29 years coaching young athletes and one of her focuses is helping young athletes improve their performance – whether that is correcting muscle imbalances, developing power and strength, or working on coordination and fine motor skills. Tara also enjoys working with women over the age of 40. She believes that it is important to train smarter, not “harder”, to build and maintain confidence and strength, keep our bodies healthy, and to achieve youthful aging. For Tara it is not just about teaching or coaching, but about motivating and being a part of each other’s journeys.

Fun Facts: Tara is a full of life kind of person that has been in the fitness and sports arena for a while. She was a competitive skater at the Senior National level and has been teaching figure skating at the Minto Skating Club for over 28 years, working with skaters from grassroots to the Provincial and National levels.
Kevin Ogilvie
Fitness Philosophy: Kevin strives to help his clients create a positive relationship with fitness while improving their self-confidence. He gives his clients a unique and enjoyable workout routine through his functional fitness approach. Whether Kevin is helping his clients improve their balance, correct muscle imbalances, develop power, aiding with joint tightness, or developing the performance of young athletes – he takes a holistic approach.
Certifications: CanFit Pro Certified Personal Trainer, MovNat Trainer Level 1, Fitness and Health Promotion – Algonquin College
Fun Facts: Growing up Kevin was a multi-sport athlete and has been involved in many sports including hockey, football, basketball, running, and tennis. As a young athlete, Kevin struggled with his body image but was able to use his relationship with fitness to develop his self-confidence.
Christopher Kelly
Christopher is a seasoned professional with a comprehensive approach to fitness. His wide range of expertise allows him to coach a broad spectrum of clientele with varying goals such as; personal health (physical & mental), triathletes seeking to enhance performance, police force and fire fighters’ physical readiness and powerline technicians preparing for their rigorous fitness exams. Christopher’s extensive certifications paired with hands on experience continues to warrant him numerous success stories, will you be next?
Making a difference is paramount, understanding the uniqueness of everyone is the most important element to a successful fitness journey. “Commitment to consistency” you’ll hear him preach and it’s exactly what he practices, guiding his clients towards each goal while implementing positive life changes along the way. Fun Facts: Christopher has been involved in sports most of his life along with competitive track & field, cycling road races, triathlons and more. He thrives by bringing his own experience, knowledge and motivation into his work.
Fitness has been Christopher’s Personal salvation, using it as a tool to manage and mend dopamine levels due to ADHD.
