Barre: Body Burn

This low-impact class helps rewire your muscles to improve posture, form, and mobility. Through endurance, resistance, and isometric strength, we’ll activate dormant muscles and tone problem areas. Barre Fitness blends ballet-inspired movements with dance conditioning for a full-body workout.

Bring on the burn! This fast-paced Pilates class fires up your muscles with dynamic stretches and holds, improving posture and mobility while easing tension in the back, knees, hips, and shoulders. Get ready to sweat and feel energized!

Yogalates

Yogalates combines the core-strengthening benefits of Pilates with the flexibility and mindfulness of yoga. This fusion class enhances balance, improves posture, and builds strength while promoting relaxation and body awareness.
