Whether your goal is to build strength, increase flexibility, or find balance, we offer yoga classes for all levels. From energizing hot flows and Hot 26 & 2 to Pilates and gentle Hatha, our two yoga studios provide a wide range of options. Our certified instructors are here to help you reconnect with your mind, body, and soul.

Baby Yoga

Bond and stretch together! Baby Yoga, or "mom and me" yoga, focuses on gentle stretches for both mom and baby. Enjoy a calming class that promotes bonding, postnatal recovery, and relaxation.

Hatha Yoga

A slow-paced class that emphasizes breath, relaxation, balance, and stretching. Focuses on alignment and building strength and balance at a gentle pace.

Hot 26 & 2

Experience the original 90-minute Bikram sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a heated room (100-104°F). The warmth allows for deeper, safer muscle engagement, improving strength, balance, and flexibility.

Reclaim your body and boost your well-being This class blends yoga, self-massage, and corrective movements to release tension, improve circulation, and restore balance. 

Intensity:

Power Yoga

An intense, heart-pumping yoga class focused on strength, endurance, and flexibility. Expect advanced postures and inversion options. Sweat guaranteed! Available in both regular and hot formats. Suitable for intermediate and advanced levels. 

Intensity:

Vinyasa Yoga

Move with your breath. Vinyasa Yoga flows smoothly between poses, creating a meditative, powerful practice. Perfect for those seeking to challenge themselves while deepening their yoga journey. 

Intensity:

Yang & Yin Yoga

Yang yoga builds strength, stamina, and flexibility, while Yin yoga focuses on slower, longer-held poses that target deep tissues and joints. In a Yang & Yin class, you'll start with energizing Yang postures, then transition to restorative Yin poses, creating a balanced experience for the whole body.

Yin Yoga

A meditative, slow-paced class where poses are held for longer durations, targeting connective tissues like ligaments. Ideal for deep relaxation and healing. Suitable for all levels.

Yoga Flow

This energetic class moves through a series of postures synchronized with breath, promoting flow, strength, and tension release. Available in both regular and hot formats.

Yoga Sculpt

Strengthen and sculpt your body through slow, deliberate movements, focusing on postural form, mobility, and muscle endurance.
